Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located just outside Bolton, with a tea shop, traditional pub, and shops nearby. The rooms, though needing a little TLC, were lovely, clean, and well-equipped for our short stay. The service was amazing, with very friendly and attentive staff. The dining experience had its ups and downs but offered local and seasonal products. The location, despite being fun and open late, was a bit noisy with children late into the night.
The hotel was near the conference center and had a very small room for the price paid, which was a bit overcrowded but otherwise perfect. The rooms were quite hot but overall satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of relaxation and frustration. The indoor and outdoor pool areas were lovely for unwinding, but the poor cleanliness and disruptive guests made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The friendly staff and good bar food were highlights, but there is room for improvement in maintaining a peaceful environment.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and warm, which was great for my stay, but there were some cleanliness issues like dirty marks and an uncomfortable bed. The location had a mix of positives and negatives, including some maintenance issues but a pleasant atmosphere and great service. The dining experience was a bit inconsistent, with some excellent food choices but also some quality issues. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
